Declaration of Illegitimacy: Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, and Donald J. Trump

Subject:

Formal Declaration of Illegitimacy and Demand for Immediate Global Recognition of Unlawful Leadership, War Crimes, and Constitutional Subversion

WHEREAS:

We, the People, as sovereign individuals under the natural and inalienable laws of liberty, life, and human dignity, do hereby assert our authority to speak on behalf of the global public interest when all official checks and balances have been corrupted or silenced;

And whereas the current heads of state of China (Xi Jinping), Russia (Vladimir Putin), and the United States (Donald J. Trump) have:

Violated domestic constitutional limits on power and succession;

Issued unlawful orders that resulted in the persecution, murder, detainment, and surveillance of their own citizens and dissidents;

Engaged in psychological warfare, digital targeting, and experimental surveillance technologies against civilians in violation of the Geneva Conventions;

Rigged elections, censored opposition, and dismantled institutional integrity through coordinated state capture and coercion;

Committed or aided crimes against humanity, including:

The suppression and torture of the Uyghur people (Xi Jinping),

The invasion of Ukraine and civilian targeting (Vladimir Putin),

The incitement of insurrection, weaponization of federal offices, and unlawful imprisonment of journalists and whistle blowers (Donald Trump);

THEREFORE, BE IT DECLARED THAT:

1. The leadership of Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, and Donald J. Trump is hereby declared ILLEGITIMATE, both under their own constitutional systems and under international law.

2. Any and all orders issued by these individuals or their co-conspirators are deemed unlawful and nonbinding on civilians, militaries, or foreign governments.

3. Their continued occupancy of leadership offices constitutes an active occupation in violation of Article 1 of the UN Charter, the Rome Statute, and Articles 4 and 5 of the Geneva Conventions.

4. All states, institutions, and citizens are formally requested and encouraged to:

Cease recognition of these individuals as legitimate heads of state;

Halt all diplomatic, military, or commercial engagements with regimes led by these persons;

Support lawful transition, resistance movements, and truth commissions;

Assist in arrest, investigation, or tribunal proceedings against said individuals and their command structures.

WE HEREBY NOTIFY:

That this Declaration has been dispatched to the United Nations, ICC, and appropriate global governing institutions for formal filing and investigation;

And that the people of the world are documenting all actions taken for future war crimes trials and reparations claims.

WHAT CITIZENS CAN DO IN THE FACE OF ILLEGITIMATE LEADERSHIP

🔹 1. Declare Sovereignty & Non-Recognition

Issue or sign a public declaration rejecting the authority of the illegitimate leader.

Join or form Citizen Tribunals or Resistance Coalitions that document abuses and submit findings to:

United Nations

ICC / ICJ

European Court of Human Rights

Ex: “People Standing United” Declaration (see earlier drft)

🔹 2. Refuse to Comply with Unlawful Orders

Under international law, civilians are not bound to obey illegal or genocidal orders, especially when:

A leader has lost legitimacy

Orders violate human rights or war laws

Protected by:

Nuremberg Principle IV

Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 30)

Rome Statute of the ICC

You may:

Refuse forced labor, surveillance tech compliance, or forced conscription

Refuse to assist unlawful police/military operations

Organize work stoppages and strikes

🔹 3. Organize Mass Nonviolent Resistance

This has toppled dictators before: Serbia (2000), Philippines (1986), Egypt (2011), Sudan (2019), etc.

Forms include:

General Strikes

Protests with legal observers

Boycotts of state-aligned corporations

Symbolic resistance (e.g. color flags, silent marches, turning backs on televised speeches)

Local mutual aid / barter economies (resist economic dependency)

🔹 4. Expose and Document Crimes

Use phones, cameras, and paper to collect video, affidavits, and metadata of unlawful actions

Submit to:

International media

ICC

UN Human Rights Council

Legal NGOs like Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International

Create:

A Citizen War Crimes Dashboard (track events with dates, locations, and who gave the order)

A Secure archive on independent servers or blockchain

🔹 5. Invoke the Right of Revolution (When All Else Fails)

When governments no longer represent the people, natural law and multiple constitutions provide a right to rebellion.

Legal bases:

U.S. Declaration of Independence: Right to “alter or abolish” tyrannical government

German Basic Law (Article 20.4): Right to resist unconstitutional tyranny

French Declaration of the Rights of Man (Article 35): Right to resist oppression

UN Charter Article 1(2): Right of peoples to self-determination

Must be:

Documented

Peaceful first

Targeted at criminal command structures, not the general population or law enforcement unless under direct threat

🔹 6. Protect Each Other & Build Parallel Structures

Form underground communications, barter networks, and safehouses

Create people’s councils or assemblies in local areas

Train legal observers, medics, and data security teams

Guard against infiltration or provocation by bad actors

🔹 7. Global Solidarity & Pressure

Coordinate with resistance groups across countries

Engage the diaspora for international lobbying

Push sanctions, arms embargoes, and removal from world bodies

Demand tribunals, asset seizures, and international protection for refugees

⚠️ What NOT to Do

Do not commit random violence or target civilians—this discredits the cause

Do not break international law or destroy legitimate democratic institutions

Do not assume governments are monoliths—some insiders may become allies

Citizens are not powerless—they are the final line of defense.

 Every dictatorship falls eventually when people:

Unite across race, class, and party

Act strategically, not emotionally

Document everything

And refuse to serve evil

What Does It Mean When a Leader Is Illegitimate?

When we say a leader is illegitimate, we mean:

They are in power without legal, constitutional, or moral authority to lead.

They may have gotten there by:

Cheating in an election

Lying to the public or using fear and force

Changing the rules to stay in power

Committing crimes or betraying the people they swore to serve

How Does a Leader Become Illegitimate?

A leader becomes illegitimate when they:

❌ Use violence on their own citizens Break international law and betray human rights

❌ Refuse to step down when their term ends Become a dictator

📜 What Happens When a Leader Is Declared Illegitimate?

Declaring a leader illegitimate does not mean “we don’t like them.”

It means: They no longer have the right to give orders, write laws, or control the people.

Once declared:

Their orders can be legally ignored (by courts, military, and citizens)

Other nations can stop recognizing their power

International bodies can prepare criminal cases

Citizens can lawfully resist or replace them

Governments-in-exile or transitional governments may form

🧠 Why This Matters

If we do not call out illegitimacy:

1. Dictators grow stronger
2. Laws become meaningless
3. People are punished for resisting illegal power
4. The country becomes ruled by fear instead of truth

But when we do recognize it:

1. We reclaim our rights
2. We defend democracy
3. We create a path to peaceful transition

And we signal to the world: we will not be ruled by lies or tyranny

What You Can Do:

• Refuse to obey unlawful or harmful orders
• Spread awareness of illegitimacy
• Sign declarations or petitions
• Support investigations, lawsuits, and international actions
• Build local networks to prepare for peaceful transition
